As a precaution, be sure to back up and erase your data from your device prior to recycling with us.
If you’re unsure of how to erase your old device be sure to consult your user’s manual, your device manufacturer’s website, or ask your wireless carrier for instructions on how to do erase it.
To make it possible for us to erase your information on your behalf, please provide or remove any device security passwords prior to recycling with us.
